Everything was brand-new from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and outstanding room. The personnel was supporting, and the host too. The location was marvellous, near to a museum and a basilica. We spent evenings at Del Frate, situated 200 feet from the hotel...

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a nice area that's walking distance to most sights. The hotel is just near to the metro station, making it easy to get around. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great service. The breakfast served at the nearby cafe was delicious, with a great selection of food and drinks. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the facilities I needed for a comfortable stay.
Absolutely nothing.

Great location, near subway and other public transportation services. Walking distance to Vatican and other historical sites. Generous daily breakfast with tea, coffee, cereals, and juices. Friendly and experienced staff. Highly recommended.
Towels were only changed every three days, but there was a radiator in the bathroom for drying. Distance to tourist buses can be inconvenient in the heat, but the metro is nearby and easy to use.

We had a fantastic stay at Holidays Rooms in Rome. the decor was charming with a four, poster bed and a lovely rooftop terrace. the room was well, equipped and well, thought, out, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the location was perfect, with the metro practically on our doorstep, making it easy to explore the city. There was also a convenient general purpose shop open most hours right underneath the accommodation. Being close to St Peters allowed us to walk there comfortably, either in the early morning to beat the crowds or in the evening for the vibrant atmosphere. It was also a great opportunity to get a glimpse of how ordinary people live in the city. Flaminia, the owner, was incredibly friendly and even met us outside the building. Her hospitality and attention to detail were exceptional, earning her a perfect ten in our books. Cons: Not one thing! 😊.

The facilities were jaw-dropping, with modern amenities like free wi-fi and a flat-screen TV. The room was super clean and cosy, and I was pleasantly surprised to find an iron box available. The location was mind-blowing, just a quick walk to the Vatican and a block from the metro. The staff, especially Flaminia, were pro-active and prompt in their services. it was an incredibly satisfying stay!

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and subway, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with fresh towels provided daily. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a quick and easy check-in process. Breakfast is served in the room, and there is a cafe down the road for additional dining options. The location near the metro is especially convenient for getting to the main center of the city.
One downside is the lack of a safe in the room to store valuables.

The rooms at Holidays Rooms Rome were absolutely amazing! They were elegantly decorated with so much attention to detail. The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. The free WiFi and flat-screen TV were great for keeping the kids entertained. The private bathroom with a shower/tub combination was convenient and had complimentary toiletries. the room was everything we needed and more.
Personally, I would have preferred a separate shower instead of the shower/tub combination. But hey, that's just my preference and it won't bother everyone.
